FBSE Regional Trainer
Mary Lou was given the opportunity to join her mother, Ms. Angeles E. Gabinete—a Regional Trainer of the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence—as the lone representative of the Philippines and presenter of Community-Based Tourism: The Guimaras Experience at the Asia-Pacific Economic Council (APEC) held in Sandakan, Sabah, Malaysia in 2009.
She began her career at the Department of Tourism Region VI in 2013. She currently serves as the Supervising Tourism Operations Officer at the Regional Office VI.
Mary Lou is also a certified Regional Trainer for the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence.
